What SocialKith is
SocialKith is a workflow tool for creators to scope brand deals, share them with brands for approval, and invoice for the work once it is delivered. Brands can review, approve, request changes on, or decline a deal through the deal link without creating an account.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information in the deals and invoices you create, and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself. You must be able to enter into contracts to use the service.
Deals are between you and the brand
A deal on SocialKith is an agreement between the creator and the brand. SocialKith is not a party to that agreement, does not guarantee performance by either side, and does not mediate disputes about the work itself. What is agreed on the deal link is what counts between you.
Payments
Invoice payments are processed by Stripe and go directly to the creator. SocialKith does not hold funds. Refunds and credit notes are issued by the creator, not automatically by SocialKith. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself.
Acceptable use
Do not use SocialKith for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading. That includes deals for work you do not intend to deliver, invoices that misrepresent what was agreed, and impersonating another person or brand. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
The content of your deals, invoices, and profile stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store, display, and transmit it so the service can work, for example showing a deal to the brand you send it to.
Service and liability
SocialKith is provided as-is while we build it. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we do not accept liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or the outcome of deals concluded through the service, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use SocialKith after a change means you accept the updated terms.
