What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, handle), the content of the deals and invoices you create (deliverables, prices, terms), billing details entered by you or the brand (company name, address, billing email), and basic usage data such as when a deal is viewed or approved.
How we use it
To run the product: showing deals to the brands you send them to, generating and emailing invoices, recording approvals and payments, and keeping an activity log of the deal so both sides have one record. We also use aggregate usage to improve SocialKith. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment and payout details go to Stripe, not to us. We receive confirmation of payment status and the details needed for the invoice record. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
Who we share it with
The other side of your deal (a brand sees the deal and invoices you send it; you see what the brand fills in), Stripe for payments, and the infrastructure providers that host the service and deliver our email. Nothing more.
Cookies
We use cookies for signing in and keeping your session, and a lightweight session for brands opening a deal link so they do not have to retype their details. No third-party advertising cookies.
Retention
Deals, invoices, and payment records are kept while your account exists, and as long as bookkeeping and tax rules require invoices to be retained. If you delete your account we remove personal data that we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@socialkith.com and we will sort it out.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and let you know about significant changes by email or in the product.
